About

Mr. Fazley Rabi completed his Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Cardiff University in 2021, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Law from the same institution in 2022. Upon returning to Pakistan, he commenced his legal career at Bhandari Naqvi Riaz (BNR), one of Pakistan's leading law firms and a recognized name in both Legal 500 and by Chambers and Partners directories. Having established a strong foundation in legal practice, Mr. Fazley Rabi obtained his LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2026. He has since joined Ali, Ameer & Kamal Law Associates as Senior Partner.

Mr. Fazley Rabi's practice encompasses a broad range of legal disciplines, including corporate disputes, transactional matters, civil litigation, constitutional litigation, and consumer litigation. He has also advised clients on transactional matters, including the review and drafting of commercial agreements, and provided legal counsel on competition, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance. He also provides expert legal opinions on complex matters involving intellectual property and copyright law.

Outside of practice, Fazley Rabi is an enthusiastic follower of cricket and has a keen interest in history — particularly Islamic, European, and Pakistani history — an interest that informs his appreciation for context and nuance in legal matters.
