Mr. Ali Gillani holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of the Punjab (2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Sabancı Üniversitesi, Istanbul. He began his career with the Judicial Water & Environment Commission (JWEC) of the Hon'ble Lahore High Court, serving as Legal Advisor by drafting weekly reports for the Court and liaising with Government Departments.

With a dual academic background in business and law, Mr. Gillani brings both commercial insight and legal expertise to his practice. His work spans civil, corporate, and banking law, including mergers & acquisitions, contract drafting, compliance, and corporate advisory.

He is also active in litigation, particularly in property disputes, contractual claims, recovery matters, service matters, and commercial litigation, enabling him to provide well-rounded representation to the firm's clients.
